DOMESTIC POLICIES


STANDARD SHIPPING

In-stock orders placed before 11:00 AM PST Monday through Friday will begin processing in 1 day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST may take up to 48 hours for processing. All orders placed on the weekend will be received for processing the following business day. Orders placed on holidays will begin processing the next business day. No holiday delivery is available. 

EXPRESS ORDERS

While Next Day Air shipping is available for all products purchased on iOgrapher’s website, due to processing of your order and packaging, “Next Day Air” can take up to an additional 24 hours to fulfill and deliver. Please place your order accordingly to assure any rush purchase can be processed and shipped to you as expected.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you decide to refuse any shipments from iOgrapher.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, and the cost of returning the package to iOgrapher.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.

INTERNATIONAL POLICIES

iOgrapher now ships worldwide through our partner GlobalShopex.com. Simply add any items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and choose the “International Checkout” option. The global checkout page will allow you to see the cost of shipping, duties, and taxes in advance. You are asked to prepay duties and taxes when you check out. Once paid there will be no additional funds collected upon delivery. 

GlobalShopex handles the international checkout and shipping and will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, order status questions should be directed to GlobalShopex at customercare@globalshopex.com or call 786-391-4868.

iOgrapher does not accept international returns or exchanges. Please make sure you have the correct product prior to shipping. Any questions regarding products can be answered using our chat channel.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

iOgrapher LLC is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
